House Rules. 

1. Should you need to cancel a treatment appointment, please give 24hrs notice. Failue to give this, will result in a cancellation fee or 50% of the value of your gift voucher if applicable.

2. Out of consideration for other clients, those who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to re-schedule

3. In an affort to maintain a peaceful, calm environment for all clients, you are kindly requested to switch off mobile phones during your visit.

4. No children under 16 years are allowed into our Studio

5. We ask that you refrain from smoking, eating or drinking on the premises.

6. The management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable. 


PRICING. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

POSTAGE AND PACKING - We use Royal Mail Standard Delivery, postage and packing £3.00 per order, but orders over £30.00 are delivered FREE. Currently we ship to the UK only. All prices quoted are presently VAT (Value Added Tax) free. Prices are displayed in (£'s) sterling and are subject to change at any time without notice.

WAYS TO PAY. Our site is SSL encrypted, which means a very secure checkout.  Payment is through PayPal, but cheques made payable to B. Whale are also accepted. Please do not send cash through the post. We do not currently accept credit card payments. The price you pay is the advertised price, at the time your order is recieved.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE. We are a small independant business with no warehousing facilities. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, although we do endeavour to ship sooner. Sometimes we have to wait for ingredients to arrive, which can delay delivery. However, we will contact you, with an indication of how long before the goods come in and if part of your order is available you will be given the choice of waiting until the whole shipment is ready or receiving two consignments. For bespoke orders, please allow 7-21 days.

GIFT VOUCHERS   Can be exchanged for studio treatments or products for home use and have no cash alternative. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can not be sold or transfered.

RETURNS. We hope you will be delighted with our products, but should you need to return an item to us, please do so within 14 days. All returned items must be unopened and unused.  We cannot except the return of goods that have been used due to hygiene reasons. We do not refund postage and packing. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please see contact details below.

PRIVACY POLICY. We will never disclose personal information to any third party, (except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery.) All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation.  With your permission, we'll send you our newsletters and tell you about our latest offers to keep you up to date with new products and gifts. If you do not wish to recieve this information please contact us in writing .
